1. Overview

UpTribe is a platform that helps users request and complete Reddit engagement tasks through a credit-based system. In these Terms, "UpTribe," "we," "us," and "our" refer to UpTribe. "You" refers to the person or entity using the service.

UpTribe is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Reddit. You are responsible for how you use the service and for complying with Reddit's rules and any other third-party platform rules that apply to your activity.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use UpTribe.
• You must provide accurate, current account information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.
• You may not create accounts for anyone else, share accounts, or impersonate another person or organization.

3. How the Service May Be Used

UpTribe is intended to help improve the reach of high-quality posts and encourage genuine participation from real users. You may use the service only in a lawful, honest, and responsible way.

We may review, reject, pause, limit, or remove tasks or accounts that create legal, safety, moderation, or reputation risk for UpTribe or other users.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use UpTribe to:

• send spam, run scams, or engage in deceptive or manipulative conduct;
• promote or facilitate unlawful activity;
• promote, request, or distribute NSFW, obscene, or sexually explicit material;
• harass, threaten, defame, or target others with abusive content;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
• introduce malware, harmful code, bots, or unauthorized automation into the service;
• attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits, moderation decisions, or account restrictions;
• submit tasks involving content you do not have the right to use or promote.

5. Reddit Account and Platform Risk

You are solely responsible for assessing whether your use of UpTribe is appropriate for your Reddit account, content, community, and jurisdiction.

We do not guarantee that use of UpTribe will comply with Reddit's policies, avoid moderation action, or produce any specific ranking or engagement result.

We are not liable if your Reddit or other platform account is restricted, suspended, shadowbanned, banned, demonetized, removed, rate-limited, or otherwise penalized as a result of your use of UpTribe.

6. Your Tasks and Content

• You retain ownership of content you submit, but you give us permission to process, display, and store it as needed to operate the service.
• You represent that you have the necessary rights to any URLs, text, titles, reply instructions, and other materials you submit.
• You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of your tasks and submitted content.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate your access at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users or the service, or used UpTribe in a way that is abusive, unlawful, or inconsistent with its intended purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

UpTribe, including its branding, software, site design, and original content, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not give you any ownership rights in the service.

9. Third-Party Services

UpTribe relies on third-party services and links, including Reddit, hosting providers, analytics providers, and email providers. We are not responsible for third-party products, services, policies, uptime, or content.

10. Disclaimers

UpTribe is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of results.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, successful task completion, or any specific traffic, ranking, engagement, or business outcome.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UpTribe will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, data, or account status arising out of or related to your use of the service.

If we are ever found liable to you, our total liability for any claim relating to UpTribe will be limited to the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page. By continuing to use UpTribe after a change becomes effective, you agree to the revised Terms.
